One piece of advice, wait until you are really ready and serious about buying or selling because she is a go getter. We looked at houses through online pictures and only visited the ones we are interested in using masks and hand sanitizers. It sounds crazy but she brings a rubbing alcohol spray for us. She listens to what we wanted and accommodated us through the appropriate options and listings for us. She gets the jobs done, pandemic or not.
